TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - On every context of Shrimad Bhagwatji commentators have written commentaries of various feelings. It is the pride of this great Scripture that whenever we listen to this by true feeling, every time new interpretations come in front of us. Therefore several feelings of GOD’s Holy pastimes have appeared in front of devotees. All these feelings are honorable. GOD closed His eyes after watching Putna, several commentators have written different commentary in this context.

Putna came to feed milk like a mother. Therefore GOD closed His eyes as if He was watching her good deeds that she has performed in her past life because of which she got this fortunate opportunity like a mother. GOD also closed His eyes because GOD thought that if I will watch her by mercy then how I will kill her and if I will watch her by anger then she will be turned into ash instantly before even feeding milk. GOD is the father of the world and monsters, demons etc., are also the children of GOD. GOD was going to kill Putna and therefore He will not be able to see the death time pain of her, by thinking this GOD closed His eyes.

But the feeling which is most dear to me is that GOD closed His eyes to remember GOD Shree Mahadevji who had the experience of drinking poison and requested Him to come and drink the poison and I will drink the milk.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - This verse states how great is the position of Mother Cow in Indian culture. GOD played the role of Cow parent, therefore, He is also known as Gopal. GOD has given a very high place to Mother Cow in His Holy pastime.

When GOD had done the absolution of Putna then all the residents of Braj conducted GOD’s bath with holy Cow urine for the destruction of evil and purification of GOD. Then they applied the dust of Mother Cow on all divine organs of GOD. Then they applied Cow dung and finally dusted off from the tail of Mother Cow. Then on the holy land of Cowshed, they pronounced every name of GOD and made a call to protect each and every organ of GOD.

The glory of Mother Cow is unbounded. All Deities resides in Mother Cow, therefore, Mother Cow is the most revered.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - There is so much power in GOD’s name that when GOD extricated Putna then the residents of Braj took each name of GOD and made a legislation to protect each organ of the child form of GOD Shree Krishnaji.

GOD extricated many in His pastime duration but after GOD went back to His dwelling His name has extricated countless creatures. Therefore saints say in jollity that GOD’s name is even bigger than GOD because even GOD has not extricated that many people that were extricated by GOD’s name. We can find a context of the glory of GOD’s name in Shri Ramayanji. GOD Himself had to make a bridge to cross the ocean but by taking the name of GOD, GOD Shree Hanumanji crossed the huge ocean in a single leap.

GOD’s entire power is in GOD’s name. Especially in Kaliyug (current era) GOD’s name is the only basis for welfare.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD Shri Shukdevji said the above words to King Shri Parikshitji.

When GOD extricated Putna and the residents of Braj burned the huge demonic body of Putna then instead of stink, fragrance started coming out from it. Putna was demonic and her diet and behavior were the same, so the stink was obvious from her body. But residents of Braj were surprised when they saw that the smoke coming from the burning body of Putna was full of fragrance. It happened so because GOD had drunk the milk of Putna and hence has given her extrication like a mother and her all sins were destroyed by GOD immediately.

GOD is so kind and merciful that He even extricates wicked persons who come in contact with Him.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD Shri Shukdevji said the above words to King Shri Parikshitji.

We should dedicate our most favorite thing to GOD by faith and devotion. Whatever thing is most dear to us in life, we should dedicate that thing to GOD. But the creature is so clever that he dedicates that thing which is not dear to him. For example, we donate that cut-torn note in a temple that has no takers. Or if we do not like any dish we leave it in the name of GOD by dedicating it to GOD. This is only a pretense that does not work in front of GOD because GOD knows everything. If we want to please GOD then we must dedicate our most lovable thing to GOD.

Therefore, a creature must dedicate his most dear thing to GOD by faith and devotion.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD Shri Shukdevji said the above words to King Shri Parikshitji.

Those cow-mothers and Gopi’s who daily and continuously created the relation of love with GOD they never again had to fall into the cycle of rebirth. A creature is trapped into the worldly cycle until he does not love GOD or does not undertake the devotion of GOD. One who creates a relationship with GOD and undertakes loving devotion that creature is free from the cycle of birth and death forever. Therefore saints urge us to make any relation with GOD and get attached with GOD by faith and devotion in that relation.

Therefore, a creature must love GOD and undertake devotion of GOD by making a permanent relation with Him so that he does not have to come again in this worldly cycle.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD Shri Shukdevji said the above words to King Shri Parikshitji.

The thing remarkable in this verse is that how much residents of Braj used to love GOD. When GOD in child form changed His side for the first time while sleeping then residents of Braj celebrated the event in Shri Gokulji. Celebrating the change of side of GOD denotes that how deeply they were attached with GOD. Not considering the change of side by GOD as a simple thing, and treating it as an event for celebration denotes how much they loved GOD.

In the Hindu religion, there is a legislation to worship Deities in various forms of GOD and there is a provision to celebrate various festivals of Deities in the whole year. It is a glorious tradition in which we express our pleasure for GOD in the form of celebration.

GIST FOR ALL RELIGIONS

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - Once Bhagwati Yashoda Mata was feeding milk to child form GOD Shree Krishnaji. GOD was not getting satiety from drinking milk. Then a doubt came in Mother’s mind that drinking too much milk can cause indigestion.

Then GOD showed sky, space, Shri SuryaDevji (Sun Deity), Shri ChandraDevji (Moon Deity), Shri AgniDevji (Fire Deity), Shri VayuDevji (Wind Deity), Shri SamudraDevji (Ocean Deity), islands, mountains, rivers, forests and all creatures in His mouth. By showing the world form, GOD intended to say that I am not drinking the milk alone, this entire world is drinking milk while sitting in my mouth.

This parable proves that as soon as GOD is satisfied, the whole world automatically becomes satisfied. Therefore, a creature must satisfy GOD by service and devotion in place of trying to satisfy this world.

To love GOD and to live in the shelter of GOD is a symbol of ultimate auspiciousness. No one can harm such a person. Those who take the shelter of GOD no evil can harm them.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - GOD started performing the Holy pastime of stealing butter in Shri Braj. In this manner, He started giving pleasure to Gopis. Gopis were daughters of Deities, Shruties, hermit, sages and devotees of past life who were born to be a part of the Holy pastime of GOD in Shri Braj.

Body, mind and wealth of Gopis belonged to GOD. They lived in this world only for GOD, lived in their house only for GOD and even performed the household chores also for GOD. They were pleased only by visualizing GOD. Right from morning to night they loved GOD. In dreams also they saw only GOD. They prepare curd with the feeling that the best curd should be made and from which nice butter should come out, then keep it high so that GOD can easily approach it. They sat with this expectation that GOD would come in their house while playing, rob butter and dance in their courtyard joyfully and Gopis would make their life successful by watching Him. They curse their luck on the day when GOD did not come. They would go towards the door by shedding tears and stand on the way abandoning all shame. Every moment seems like an era to them.

There were 0.9 million cows at Shri Nandji’s home and there was no deficiency of butter at their home, therefore, there was no need for theft of butter at Gopi’s house for GOD. The second thing is that in this world or outside this world there is no such thing which is not owned by GOD for which GOD would have to undertake theft. Therefore, it was not theft of butter it was the worship of Gopis which was accepted by GOD.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - Once GOD ate soil then Gop children reported this matter to Bhagwati Yashoda Mata.

Saints described that in the stomach of GOD creatures of trillions of universe live. In order to obtain raj (dust) of Shri Braj in which foot raj of Gopis was also included, the creatures of all universes were distraught, therefore GOD ate that soil. The second sense that saints gave is that GOD Himself wanted to hold the raj of His devotees in His heart therefore from His mouth He ate the soil. How much GOD gives respect to His devotees, we can clearly see by both of these above-described expressions.

When Bhagwati Yashoda Mata asked GOD to open His mouth then GOD did so and showed the entire universe saying that the soil is eaten by the entire universe residing in His mouth.

Then GOD ordered Yogmaya to make His mother forget about this incident.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - Bhagwati Yashoda Mata loved Balgopal (child form GOD) so much that she used to do all works of GOD by her own hands. There was no lack of servants at their home but she always used them in some other work.

Butter was very dear to GOD, therefore, Bhagwati Yashoda Mata herself did the work of churning curd so that GOD could get the butter from her hands. TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - When GOD was drinking milk while sitting in the lap of Bhagwati Yashoda Mata then Mata’s eye fell on the milk of Padmagandha cow which was being cooked. Saints say that when Padmagandha milk saw that GOD was drinking the milk of Mata then they got depressed as they were eager to touch the lips of GOD from years and thought that what the benefit of this life is when they are not useful for GOD. Then they started falling down from the fire.

Padmagandha milk which was daily prepared for GOD, saints have told the recipe for the same as this. In Shri Nandji cowshed there were 0.9 million cows. Milk of the best 0.1 million cows from the cowshed of Shri Nandji was fed to ten thousand cows. Then the milk of those ten thousand cows was fed to one thousand cows. Then the milk of those one thousand cows was fed to one hundred cows. Then the milk of those one hundred cows was fed to ten cows. Then milk of those ten cows was fed to one cow who was known as Padmagandha. By this method, Bhagwati Yashoda Mata daily prepared the milk of Padmagandha cow for GOD. This milk of Mother Padmagandha cow was daily used for GOD.

TRANSLATION OF WRITE-UP IN ENGLISH - When Bhagwati Yashoda Mata threw the stick then GOD came near her. Bhagwati Yashoda Mata thought that GOD is scared therefore if she will leave Him, He may run in the forest and will remain thirsty and hungry throughout the day. Therefore Mata thought to tie Him for a while and after the milk butter would be ready she would coax Him. In tying GOD also there was the reason of only motherly love.

When Mata tried to tie GOD with mortar then the rope felt two fingers short. Whatever ropes Mata added to the rope yet in the end it fell short by two fingers. Saint says that this is the rope of the creature’s manhood. Whatever manhood a creature performs to attain GOD he will remain two fingers away from GOD. These two fingers are of GOD’s mercy and GOD's grace, which means that when GOD will shower mercy and grace then only a creature will be able to tie GOD in his love bonding.

Devotion is rendered in this verse. GOD is not as easily accessible to others like He is accessible for His exclusive loving devotees. Whatever other means we opt for, even if it is not impossible to attain GOD then too it is extremely difficult. In that means also we will have to add devotion compulsorily then only we will attain GOD. But a devotee never needs the help of any other means because devotion is complete in itself. When a devotee keeps his first step on the path of devotion, GOD takes care of him from that point itself and holds his entire responsibility from there.
